Returning Rebel Bradley Wilson-Dean is keen to get some racing under his belt this weekend and agreed to take on a couple of guest bookings in the Championship.[/b]

Providing cover for broken-wrist victim Mason Campton, Bradley was due to guest for Workington in their consecutive nights SGB Championship Shield tie between the Comets and Edinburgh Monarchs.

He should have ridden in Scotland this evening (Friday) but that meeting was postponed around 1pm. He is also due to cover again for the return at Derwent Park, before joining up with the Rebels on Monday at Leicester.

Jake Allen was also schedule to ride at Scunthorpe but the Scorpions match against Newcastle was postponed Friday afternoon and both sides will be hoping for better weather fortunes on Sunday when the fixture is reversed. Meanwhile Richard Lawson, who scored four points whilst guesting for Belle Vue on Wednesday night at Poole in the first SGB Premiership to go the distance, lines-up for Lakeside tonight as the Essex side host Ipswich.

The Rebels opponents for next week's meetings, Leicester, suffered a double-blow on Thursday in the abandoned fixture at Swindon. Both Martin Vaculik and Michael Palm-Toft sustained foot injuries when three riders were involved in a first heat crash. GP star Vaculik sustained a suspected broken ankle whilst Palm-Toft escaped with a sprain. At this stage it is confirmed that the Dane will miss Peterborough's match on Sunday.

All at Somerset wish both Martin and Michael a safe and speedy recovery.
